Cyprus Import Corporation Ltd (CiC Ltd), the General Distributor in Cyprus of the Mercedes-Benz Group AG for the passenger cars and commercial vehicles Mercedes-Benz and smart and of Daimler Truck AG for the trucks Mercedes-Benz and FUSO and Mercedes-Benz buses, is seeking to recruit a qualified person for the position of Network Support Officer to be located in our headquarters in Nicosia.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will join our Central Service Department, based at our Nicosia Head Quarters to support the Dealership’s network with tasks such as Recall management, Warranty and Technical Audits, Tooling inventory and calibrations, Hardware and Tooling procurement and monitoring of KPIs.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering Aptitude (minimum requirements – Mechanical or Automotive Engineering Degree, preferably Masters).
- Excellent IT literacy: High level of MS Excel skills – including macro creation, formulae uses, pivot and lookup table, and conditional formatting. Good MS Word skills.
- Excellent technical writing skills on automotive subject both in English and Greek language.
- Superb communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
