Main Responsibilities

• Reviewing and drafting of corporate, finance, commercial agreements including but not limited to marketing, sponsorship, IT, license agreements, etc;
• Working with the National Betting Authority;
• Performing legal research and preparing relevant reports;
• Providing legal opinions on corporate, marketing, advertising and gaming matters;
• Managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and complaints handling policy of the Company;
• Providing legal consultation in regards to the Betting Law, Code of Advertisement and other related directives/regulations;
• Assist the Customer Support with its day to day operational questions;
• Negotiate with third parties sponsorship/advertisement/marketing agreements;
• Perform KYC on counterparties;

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience.
• University Degree in law
• Qualified Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• Cysec certification will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both written and spoken. Russian will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Contract Law
• IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
• Highly organized individual who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment
• Effective team worker
• Responsible and reliable person
• Dynamic person with positive personality
