Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing and drafting of corporate, finance, commercial agreements including but not limited to marketing, sponsorship, IT, license agreements, etc;
- Working with the National Betting Authority;
- Performing legal research and preparing relevant reports;
- Providing legal opinions on corporate, marketing, advertising and gaming matters;
- Managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and complaints handling policy of the Company;
- Providing legal consultation in regards to the Betting Law, Code of Advertisement and other related directives/regulations;
- Assist the Customer Support with its day to day operational questions;
- Negotiate with third parties sponsorship/advertisement/marketing agreements;
- Perform KYC on counterparties;
Qualifications
- 3-4 years’ experience.
- University Degree in law
- Qualified Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Cysec certification will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both written and spoken. Russian will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Contract Law
- IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
- Highly organized individual who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment
