The Company:
On behalf of our Client, a leading Software Company, we are seeking to recruit a Project Manager for its offices in Nicosia, Cyprus. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Other related responsibilities

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Project Management or related field
• 2 years hands-on experience in project management
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (superior listening, persuasion, negotiating skills)
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and motivate others
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Project Management tool expertise such as Microsoft Project, or similar
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Desire to work in a team with a result driven approach
• PMP / PRINCE II certification will be considered as an advantage
• Prior experience in a high-growth professional solutions, and/or software environment will be considered as an advantage

The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus
