Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding International Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant (Russian-Speaking) to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will provide secretarial and administrative support to the COO of the company and will therefore hold previous, demonstrable experience within a PA and/or Executive Assistant role. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential. Fluency in Russian and English is a must.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Arrange business trips & all associated logistics.
- Arrange personal trips & vacations.
- Conduct and prepare any research that the manager might require.
- Coordinate jobs of various suppliers and control their deadlines (i.e. constructors, events, service providers).
- Work with government authorities on immigration, tax, any other official matters.
- Work with service providers, coordinate their efforts, and control deadlines in servicing various legal entities.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the manager on all matters.
- Handle personal insurance matters.
- Process various purchase requests, invoicing, and associated payments.
- Fully organize private events (i.e. networking, birthday parties, etc.).
- Oversee car & equipment maintenance with various service centers.
- Provide various administrative support.
- Personal life & family maintenance support.
- Various ad hoc requests.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Experience as an executive PA is a must.
- Fluent Russian and English is mandatory.
- Driving license.
- Knowledge of basic corporate administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to effectively deal with literally everyone.
- Doer attitude, proactive, hands-on.
- Accurate, structured, punctual.
- Eagerness to get involved in things without past experience and get them done.
- Good sense of style & aesthetics.
- Eagerness to dive into and solve non-standard and seemingly unsolvable tasks.
- Comfortable working flexible working hours. Generally 9-18, however sometimes early/late/weekend hours may be necessary, while there’d be free time during the day.
