Job Overview
CLOUDLAYER8 LTD is looking to recruit a NOC Engineer for full time employment in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Company’s networks and services from NOC (Network Operations Center), using the network tools and systems
- Ensure standard operating procedures are maintained and executed
- Analyze alarms and trouble indicators to identify problem areas and escalate to appropriate parties
- Perform ticket management and assignment based upon urgency and issue
- Carry-out fast and efficient 1st level troubleshooting when issues are encountered
- Data center tasks including racking, cabling, etc.
Requirements:
- University/Associate Degree in Computer Science or in a related field
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of MS Windows
- Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Availability to work in a 24/7 NOC shifts rotation schedule
