We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Media Designer and Final Artist to join our team.

The Media Designer and Final Artist will be responsible for adapting and implementing layouts for our language course’s printed activity book and ensuring that the final product meets our high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and production, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

You will be based in our Nicosia office and work as part of our language team.

key responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • adapting and implementing existing layouts for the printed activity book, ensuring consistency across all language versions
  • preparing final artwork files for printing, including preflight checks, file organization, and file delivery
  • ensuring that all design elements are properly aligned, formatted, and positioned
  • collaborating with the publishing editor, designers, and content editors to ensure that all design elements meet project requirements and timelines
  • performing quality control checks on all final artwork files to ensure that they meet the highest standards for print production
  • maintaining accurate records of all design files, ensuring that they are organized and easily accessible

who you are

We are looking for someone with at least three years’ experience in graphic design and print production.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, media arts, or a related field
  • proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • preferably advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word formatting
  • experience with preflight checks, file preparation, and print production
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
