Oneworld Ltd is a leading Cyprus global business services provider to a wide array of corporate and private clients.

We are looking for a high calibre individual to join our team in Limassol.

The Role

The person to be appointed will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and the Management. Key duties shall include:

• assistance in the drafting of compliance policies and procedures
• assistance in the preparation of reports to the regulator (CySEC)
• regular review of compliance files of clients
• assistance in the preparation of internal compliance training seminars
• research and advice on legal and regulatory matters
• review and preparation of legal documents
• general assistance on corporate matters

The Requirements

The successful candidate must have the ability to meet tight deadlines, be self-motivated, persistent and with proactive approach. The required qualifications are:

• Law Degree
• knowledge of relevant Cyprus and EU legislation
• a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
• excellent written and verbal language skills in English and Greek
• solid interpersonal skills and communication skills
• familiarization with CySEC regulations and reporting procedures will be considered an advantage
• possession of the CySEC’s certification for AML purposes will be considered an advantage
