Job Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Review and drafting of legal documents (corportate agreements and resolutions, aquisitions, property related agreements and other)
– Prepare and file applications with the Migration Department, communicate with clients and assist them throughout the process
– Liaise with governmental authorities
– Perform KYC procedures on clients
– Review and/or draft the company’s AML policies and procedures, as required
– Prepare AML documentation as required by the Law
– Review client files for AML purposes
Requirements:
LLB Law or similar degree in Law
At least three (3) years post-qualification experience in Legal Profession
AML Certification will be considered an advantage
Fluent in Greek and English Language
Strong drafting skills
Ability to complete tasks timely and independently
Attentive to detail
Good organization skills; time management and prioritization of tasks
Ability to work under pressure
