The Position:

Lawyers Control Specialist

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be a member of the Lawyers Control Department and will report to the Lawyers Control Manager. Main responsibilities include:

• Monitor the activities of the External Lawyers and assure that court procedures are followed in accordance with the law
• Coordinate with External Lawyers to achieve results
• Handle the allocated portfolio; make decisions on a daily basis in accordance with the policy of the Company
• Provide support to the Lawyers Control Manager
• Prepare reports on a regular basis to the Lawyers Control Manager
• Appear before Court, if necessary, to provide evidence on behalf of Altamira Asset Management (Cyprus) Ltd or Altamira Asset Management (Cyprus) Ltd clients
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager of the Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (BA / BSc) and / or Master’s degree in Law / Finance / Business Administration / Accounting or other related field and / or Professional title (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, ACIB / ABA)
• At least two (2) years of experience in a related field
• Results-driven with an ability to take initiatives and oversee performance
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Effective time management skills
• High levels of integrity and work ethics
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent Knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written

Altamira Offices in Nicosia / Limassol / Larnaca
