LAWYER POSITION

Our law firm E. Tzioni & Associates LLC seeks to recruit a qualified Lawyer to join our office in Nicosia.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will work on a full-time basis handling among others the following matters:

• Provision of the whole scope of legal services to clients and be acquainted with the firm’s practice and advise our international and local clients on EU and Cyprus law matters.

• Drafting of legal advice/opinions and pleadings and drafting, review and negotiation of transactional documentation, corporate and commercial agreements/documents and other contractual documentation for our clients.
• Undertaking of legal research in relation to any matter.
• Representation of clients before Courts of any jurisdiction and other public authorities.
• Attendance at meetings with clients. Communications with clients, lawyers, and associates and liaising with competent public and other authorities.
• Assistance on the efficient management of workflow of the team.
• Aim to develop skills as an attorney and become a strategic member of the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Law Degree from a university in the EU.
• Any additional academic or professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Lawyer qualification from the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Excellent legal and professional language skills and verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and computer literacy.
• For this position, suitable candidates may be considered candidates possessing at least 2 years of experience.
