Our firm is recruiting committed and determined Lawyers for the following positions:
- LAWYER for the Corporate and Commercial Law Department
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of legal experience in matters pertaining to corporate financing, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements (e.g. JVAs, SHAs, SPAs, Facility Agreements, Security Agreements etc), drafting legal opinions on corporate, commercial and contract law matters
- Qualified Lawyer member of the Cyprus Bar
- Fluent in English Language
- LAWYER for the Corporate and Commercial Law Department
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year of legal experience in corporate administration matters, incorporation of companies, drafting of internal corporate documentation (e.g. corporate approvals, Powers of Attorney, Memorandum and Articles of Association), drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, AML and related regulatory compliance
- Qualified Lawyer member of the Cyprus Bar
- Fluent in English Language
- LAWYER for the Corporate and Commercial Law Department

- Qualified Lawyer member of the Cyprus Bar
- Fluent in English Language
