Are you a Senior IT Project Coordinator looking to take on more responsibilities and to become a Project Manager?

This opportunity is also suitable for someone who has managed some IT projects and is looking to expand their IT project management experience.

As part of the wider implementation team based in New Zealand and Cyprus, you will be working closely with the Programme Manager to support and lead some components of the digital transformation project.

This is a newly established position that will  require you to:

  • Identify and proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring significant risks are communicated to senior management
  • Develop and regularly update project registers (risk, issue, variance, dependencies)
  • Develop the project schedule and assign tasks to project team members
  • Participate in on-site scoping missions
  • Prepare project change requests
  • Ensure project reporting is undertaken regularly, to required times and specifications
  • Effectively manage the financial reporting process
  • Prepare fortnightly/monthly client update reports
  • Co-ordinate governance and other reports and communications on the projects
  • Stakeholder management
  • Building relationships with external providers
  • Prepare and distribute papers and agendas for programme or project meetings, and take minutes/notes, actions and decisions
  • Attend and provide secretariat function to programme or project meetings
  • Manage project information and work with programme/project managers to see that all required information is present and up to date
  • Ensure consistency across documentation filing structures
  • Establish and maintain systems for the collection, storage and retrieval of programme-related documentation
  • Attend and provide secretariat function to programme or project meetings
  • Provide general office administrative support to the Cyprus office
