The joint Venture AVAX-TERNA is awarded the Project for the Construction of the City of Dreams Mediterranean Intergraded Casino Resort in Limassol and seek to recruit a professional in the following post:

IT SUPPORT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Server Backups / Updates.
• Keep equipment and spreadsheets up to date.
• Prepare quotations and orders for consumables beforehand and contact suppliers.
• Backup, format, re-install OS, software, security agent and distribute licenses.
• Provide fast technical support to all staff in a polite professional manner.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any errors to computers, telephones, and photocopy machines in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field.
• 1-2 Years of work experience in IT environment.
• Knowledge of MS Windows OS, MS Office, AnyDesk.
• Knowledge in hardware and software configurations.
• Knowledge in file sharing permissions.
• Basic understanding of IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN.
• Knowledge in Azure AD, MS Windows Server & Active Directory will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge in configuring and handling Shadow Copies will be considered an advantage.
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Greek, written and verbal.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and apply IT skills.
