Main Responsibilities

• Search and propose IT projects for implementation
• Looking for an IT team to implement projects
• Hands-on scope management and project planning
• Implementation of the delivery framework according to the project specifics
• Presentation to the manager solutions, demo versions, prototypes
• People management
• Risk management
• Quality Management
• Resource management
• Supervision of project managers, participation in the development of an individual development plan

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an IT project manager
• 2+ years of experience in the management of IT manager’s teams
• Knows the product life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Knows the principles of building an IT project (UX / UI, Back-end, Front-end)
• Technical background (QA/dev/design experience)
• PNP or Prince2 qualification would be an advantage 
• Fluent in Russian and very good in English language
