Main Responsibilities
- Search and propose IT projects for implementation
- Looking for an IT team to implement projects
- Hands-on scope management and project planning
- Implementation of the delivery framework according to the project specifics
- Presentation to the manager solutions, demo versions, prototypes
- People management
- Risk management
- Quality Management
- Resource management
- Supervision of project managers, participation in the development of an individual development plan
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an IT project manager
- 2+ years of experience in the management of IT manager’s teams
- Knows the product life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Knows the principles of building an IT project (UX / UI, Back-end, Front-end)
- Technical background (QA/dev/design experience)
- PNP or Prince2 qualification would be an advantage
- Fluent in Russian and very good in English language
