Job Overview

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client an expanding provider of Marketing related services, primarily to the Financial Services Sector, we are seeking to recruit an HR & Office Administrator (Russian-Speaking) to join their team in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 1+ years’ of previous experience in a similar role HR & Administration related role, ideally within the Financial Services sector. Fluency in Russian & English is essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruiting process for open positions for the company.
  • Management and maintenance of the office from an administrative perspective.
  • Communication with office suppliers as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Communication and collaboration with recruitment agencies.  
  • Creation of Job Descriptions for relevant vacancies within the company.
  • Publishing the relevant job advertisements across relevant job portals.
  • Analyze responses and organize interviews with potential applicants.  
  • Management of any relevant disciplinary proceedings.  
  • Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational targets and objectives.
  • Guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
  • Compliance with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated to Degree level in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Approximately 1+ year of relevant experience in an HR & Administration related position.
  • Highly organized.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is a must.
