On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution, we are looking to engage an individual who wishes to undertake a 1+1 years full-time contract to support with the implementation of a major transformation project.

The individual will be expected to contribute towards completing tasks linked with major project milestones, work cross-functionally with internal business units and report to the central project management team and the project sponsor (CR/88).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing customers
  • Verify information submitted by the consumer through digital customer onboarding and other online communication channels
  • Quickly build rapport with potential clients
  • Identify customer’s goals and objectives

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable fields
  • 1+ year banking experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high volume phone calls
  • Excellent verbal communication phone skills
  • Basic computer skills and data entry
  • Previous banking / banking call centre will be considered a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
