Responsibilities: 

• Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Support corporate processes of the clients  (company incorporation, liquidation of companies, changes in company structure, issuance of dividends etc)
• Bank account openings and communication with banks
• Drafting of legal documents (agreements, resolutions etc)
• Interact with various government agencies and departments

Requirements:

• A law degree with at least 2 year’s experience in the legal profession
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Greek
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good organizational sills and capacity to be detail oriented
• High level of integrity and professional accountability
