Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Support corporate processes of the clients (company incorporation, liquidation of companies, changes in company structure, issuance of dividends etc)
- Bank account openings and communication with banks
- Drafting of legal documents (agreements, resolutions etc)
- Interact with various government agencies and departments
Requirements:
- A law degree with at least 2 year’s experience in the legal profession
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Greek
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good organizational sills and capacity to be detail oriented
- High level of integrity and professional accountability
