The company is one of our Clients, a top-rated professional services firm, offering Fiduciary, Investments, Audit, Tax and Advisory services.

We are actively looking to hire, on their behalf, a Back Office Administrator for its offices in Nicosia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Back Office Administrator will support the Banking and Administration Department and see below an indicative list of duties:

  • Scanning and processing of departmental documents
  • Assist a number of clients with their administration requirements including issuance of invoices
  • Maintenance of various registers ensuring they are uptodate and accurate
  • Recording of bank transactions and gathering of supporting documentation
  • Preparation of bank instructions, bank letters and other relevant documents
  • Assist in other departmental administrative work/projects where needed
  • Other administration duties as assigned by the Head of Banking and Administration

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on related field
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Banking or related field will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek languages
  • Good level of proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to meet and establish deadlines
  • Very good interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and results oriented
  • Respond to queries on a timely manner

Location 
The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Remuneration
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
