Job Overview
Being Specialists in Tax and Revenue Management, we often need to think outside the box and do things a little differently to effortlessly “make it happen”. Our Service Delivery team is busy, and we need a Service Delivery Lead superstar to help us stay in front.
Working closely with members of the Service Delivery team a Service Delivery Lead for Europe will ensure that our clients receive excellent client support experience every time.
About you:

- You’ll do this through supporting and providing direction to other teams to effectively resolve matters and fulfil our service promise to our clients.
- You come to us with years of customer/ client service or support experience. You’ll draw on this experience to help you effectively juggle and resolve the variety of enquiries, escalations, and project work allocated to you.
- You are experienced in handling difficult scenarios. Your talent for reading situational and interpersonal cues and adapting your style to suit different situations and interactions enables you to quickly diffuse situations and build trust.
- You show remarkable perseverance and ownership in chasing down solutions, pushing through barriers to get results, and looking for ways of optimising current processes.
- You always follow through on your commitments and make sure others do the same, to deliver a positive client experience. You’ll continuously seek ways to improve how things are done as you work collaboratively with the relevant teams to fix what needs fixing and identify and recommend process improvements that will enhance the overall client experience.
Technical Skills:
- Technical /IT skill-ability to explain and assist clients with technical concepts.
- Risks, Incident Management and working with the technical team to provide mitigating actions and plans.
- Change requests
- Weekly and Monthly client reporting
- Preferable previous use of systems/tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, GitBucket
Education:
- University degree
