The company is one of our Clients, a top-rated professional services firm, offering Fiduciary, Investments, Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
We are actively looking to hire, on their behalf, a Back Office Administrator for its offices in Nicosia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Back Office Administrator will support the Banking and Administration Department and see below an indicative list of duties:
- Scanning and processing of departmental documents
- Assist a number of clients with their administration requirements including issuance of invoices
- Maintenance of various registers ensuring they are uptodate and accurate
- Recording of bank transactions and gathering of supporting documentation
- Preparation of bank instructions, bank letters and other relevant documents
- Assist in other departmental administrative work/projects where needed
- Other administration duties as assigned by the Head of Banking and Administration
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience on related field
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Banking or related field will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of the English and Greek languages
- Good level of proficiency with MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to meet and establish deadlines
- Very good interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Attention to detail and results oriented
- Respond to queries on a timely manner
Location
The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Remuneration
