Role description:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and promote our services.



  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and business objectives. 
  • Create and publish engaging social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. 
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Analyse social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure social media content is accurate and compliant. 
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization. 
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and regulatory guidelines. 
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar that aligns with our marketing campaigns and business priorities. 
  • Monitor and report on social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field, preferably in the brokerage industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. 
  • Experience with social media advertising, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements for social media in the brokerage industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
