Responsibilities:

• Build a robust team of business developers focusing on expanding partnerships internationally
• Provide ongoing support to team members on a day-to-day basis
• Lead team by providing guidance, training and mentorship
• Create both team and individual KPI’s and create plan to ensure targets are met
• You will be driving partnership initiatives ensuring they align with the business’ strategy with a focus Master IB’s, local offices and introducing brokers across the globe
• Manage and grow relationships with selected affiliates and partners
• Attend face-to-face meetings with both prospective and existing partners both locally and abroad
• Attend expos and corporate events globally in order to generate business

• Proven experience as a partnerships professional
• Previous experience with forex regulated company will be considered as an advantage
• Extensive experience in Equities, FX, Indices, Commodities and Crypto
• Experience in relationship management and client retention
• language skills would be highly beneficial
• Excellent IT skills
• Accuracy, precision and attention to detail
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
