The Position: 

Senior Pricing Officer

Responsibilities: 

The successful candidate will be part of Altamira’s Real Estate Strategy & Pricing Department and report directly to the Department Manager.  Main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the preparation of property valuations and analysis of property related information to assist the sale of the assets in the portfolios managed by Altamira Real Estate.
• Provide support and information to the Sales and Marketing Departments by preparing investment material, development appraisals and market research
• Portfolio underwriting and valuation services
• Review third party valuations and provide value opinion
• Keep ahead and up to date with real estate market trends and best practices.
• Perform other job-related tasks assigned to him/her by the Department Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in the field of Property Valuation, Real Estate Management or in any other field if supported by real estate experience
• At least two (2) years of proven work experience in property valuations
• Member of ETEK and/or member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market
• Very good knowledge of local property and planning legislations and regulations
• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written

Altamira’s Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
