The successful candidate must have a flexible working approach and excellent numeracy skills. The role holder must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally in English in order to facilitate the Central and South Europe Area (C&SEA)’s needs.

Responsibilities

Accountable to the Finance Manager, responsibilities include:

• Assists in the production of the management accounts and liaises with Senior managers for the variance analysis and monthly commentary
• Assists in the preparation of the annual and quarterly of C&SEA non-employment and capital expenditure (capex) budgets and forecasting
• Responsible for the monitoring of the monthly expenditure against the budget/forecast in accordance with corporate accounting practices and processes for some of the countries
• Undertake monthly reconciliations of accounts
• Purchase management administration and reconciliation
• Processing invoices and payments
• Inputting, record keeping and monitoring of fixed assets
• Banking, petty cash and supplier statement reconciliation
• General office administrative duties

Requirements:

• Good command of the English and Greek language both written and verbal.
• Part qualified ACCA with min. 5 years’ experience
• Excellent Microsoft Suite skills, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience of purchase ledger and/or purchase ordering will be considered an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and able to work to strict deadlines
• University degree in a related field (Finance/Accounting /Business Administration/Engineering) will be considered as an advantage
