The Position:
Sales Management Senior Officer
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be part Altamira’s Real Estate Commercialization team and report directly to the Sales Manager. Main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the sales tender management bidding process of the properties in the portfolios under management
- Review, analyze and assess sales tenders received by potential buyers and prepare proposals for senior management
- Lead the negotiation process with potential buyers
- Coordinate and manage real estate agents
- Provide sale advisory services to potential buyers
- Communication with prospective buyers, real estate brokers and other real estate companies to execute potential deals.
- Coordinate with other departments of Altamira Real Estate to handle request for technical issues by the potential clients
- Keep ahead and up to date with real estate market trends and best practices.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in a Real Estate related field or any other field if supported by real estate experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
