Job Overview

BLUE POINT YACHTING is currently recruiting highly motivated individuals to join our team in the position of Office Administrator for Limassol office based in Limassol Marina.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming visitors, answering the phone, handling inquiries and redirecting them to the appropriate person.
Filing, maintaining records and translating documents/emails from English to Russian.
Preparing all outgoing/incoming correspondence.
Operate & assist staff with office equipment and supplies – such as fax machines, copiers, paper, pens, pads etc or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Secretarial duties (typing, faxing, filing, email communication, etc) , supporting accounts and service departments.
Preparation of meetings and attending as interpreter where required.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Russian verbal and writing. (Greek language will be considered an additional qualification)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with computers Microsoft Windows office.
Time management and organizational skills
Organized with high attention to detail.

Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. (1 hour break)
