The Group operates in Scandinavian, Baltic, Central and Southeast European markets, providing banks and institutional vendors with specialised financial services, including management of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).

 

The Position: 

Our Client is looking for an experienced Resolution Advisor.  The role is to manage the financial claims through the negotiation with customers (debtors) in order to achieve the final settlement, always within the framework of the Code of Conduct and the existing regulations.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contacts customers in order to inform them on their options for settling the debt
  • Explains the settlement and payment terms
  • Manages customers objections and concerns and helps them to further understand their obligations and responsibilities, as well as the stage of any legal actions
  • Decides on the right action when negotiating payments under the company’s management strategy
  • Maintains and updates customer information in the company’s systems and completes the necessary documents where required
  • Treats customers with courtesy, honesty, discretion and straightness and adheres to high levels of confidentiality and personal data protection
  • Prepares case memos that are substantiated with the financial data of the customer in order for these to be evaluated by the approving authorities of the company

 

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

  • University degree in economics, banking or other relevant field of study is desirable
  • 3 years of experience as an agent in a call center preferably in portfolio management or in customer service
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Arotron is desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Results oriented
  • Team player

 

Location: The position is for the offices of B2Kapital Cyprus Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus
