P.J.PIZZA CYPRUS LTD is looking to hire a Quality Control Assistant for a permanent and full-time job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervising staff members and providing guidance.
2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety guidelines.
3. Keeping accurate documentation and submitting internal and external audit reports.
4. Overseeing product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
5. Conducting tests to verify the quality of raw materials and finished products.
6. Performing tasks which may require manual labour.

Experience:

1. Previous experience in food production or food service.
2. Good knowledge of English language.
3. Experienced of HACCP, ISO 9001, health and safety and food hygiene regulations will be considered as an advantage.
4. Degree in Food Safety or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6. Excellent communication and writing skills.
7. Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational and leadership skills.
