You will be based in our Nicosia office and work as part of our property management team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • weekly property inspections
  • ensure works are carried out as per specification and that qualitative standards are met and monitored within given time frames
  • work closely with finance team to manage costs and rent arrear
  • providing access to properties as and when required
  • managing requests and queries from tenants
  • managing relationships with maintenance contractors, seek approval of quotations and instruct works
  • manage move out process with check out reports and deposit processing
  • carry out any other duties, as appropriate to this post, as necessary, or as requested.

who you are

We are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in a similar position.

Skills required

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • able to liaise effectively with contractors /consultants and other members of staff as necessary
  • ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
  • good IT skills including ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • proactive
  • have an eye for detail
  • to be able to work flexibly as part of a team which may entail working out of hours
