Job Overview
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Product Owner (Client Facing Products) to join a fast-growing, international team of bright individuals and be based in our HQ in Nicosia or in r Limassol branch.

Established in 2018 as a Fintech company, and since then, never stopped expanding and introducing cool features to a base of 1 million+ users. In addition to an existing arsenal of awesome award-winning products that already provide, such as trading platform, digital asset exchange, copy-trading, DeFi staking, and others – the company is currently building a plethora of new services, which will include payments and card infrastructure, licensed brokerage services and much more.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and self-driven professional to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s client facing product such as the website. You will work closely with various departments, including Marketing and IT to ensure that the products developed align with the company’s overall strategy and vision. You will oversee the research and education product portfolio, from ideation through to launch and post-launch analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
- Define the marketing website strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify opportunities for website improvements and new features.
- Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform website design and functionality decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the website.
Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:
- Work closely with the CMO, marketing, design, and development teams to gather and document website requirements.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable user stories, features, and tasks.
- Prioritize website features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and resource constraints.
Website Development and Implementation:
- Collaborate with the CMO , design and development teams to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically robust.
- Provide guidance and feedback to design and development teams during the website creation process.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure website functionality meets the defined requirements.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to optimize website conversion rates and user experience.
- Regularly review and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website development and marketing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the website aligns with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure the website provides relevant and engaging content for target audiences.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely execution of website updates and bug fixes.
Qualifications:
- BSc/MSc in Product Management ,Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field: MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the Forex or FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products from ideation to launch.
- Knowledge of financial markets, forex trading, and investment products
- Experience in working with education and training products will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to take informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
