We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Product Analyst to join our dynamic team at markets.com. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our product offerings, improving user experience, and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams and leverage your analytical skills to perform A/B tests, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations to achieve our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect and analyze data to understand user behavior, product performance, and market trends.
- Perform A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features, design changes, and product enhancements.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and drive continuous product improvement.
KPI Measurement and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with product and business goals.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor and communicate KPIs, product performance, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish benchmarks and goals, and track progress towards achieving them.
- Conduct post-implementation analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and initiatives.
Product Strategy and Roadmapping:
- Collaborate with product managers to define product strategies and roadmaps based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends to inform product direction.
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and make recommendations for feature enhancements.
User Experience (UX) Analysis:
- Evaluate user experience by analyzing user behavior data, conducting user surveys, and performing usability testing.
- Identify pain points, usability issues, and opportunities to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with UX designers and development teams to implement UX improvements and monitor their impact.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and marketers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into product analysis and decision-making processes.
- Continuous Improvement and Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product analysis and management.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization, innovation, and growth, and drive initiatives to achieve them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role within a B2C company. Financial or Gaming industry BIG Advantage!.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and statistical methods.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
- Knowledge of key product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with UX principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
