The Position:
Onboarding/Closing Officer
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out the closing procedures to complete the transfer of the onboarded / repossessed properties to the REO Portfolio under Altamira’s management. The position will report to the Onboarding Manager. Main responsibilities include:
- Responsible to coordinate the collection and review of all the necessary documents for the assigned cases.
- Preparation of all relevant documents and maintenance of records related to clients.
- Present to Land Registry, Government Offices (Courts etc.) for the implementation of the debt – to asset / repossessions
- Performing any administration duties with regards to the transfer closing.
- Liaising with other departments and external parties.
- Maintaining files and registers.
- Perform other job-related responsibilities and duties as directed by the Unit Manager or Department Manager of Functional Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in a banking role will be an advantage
- Result driven with an ability to take initiatives and oversee performance.
- Ability to work under pressure as and when required, this may involve some flexible in working hours where deadlines need to be met.
- Analytical and organization skills.
- Effective time management skills
- Ensure the confidentiality of all the company’s and company’s clients’ information and documentation
- High levels of integrity and work ethics
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent Knowledge of the Greek and English Language both verbal and written

Altamira’s Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
