CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Group of Companies with diverse business interests including Pharmaceuticals & FMCG, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join their expanding team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a busy office and will therefore hold a minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar administrative role. Outstanding organisational skills are essential, as well as an excellent, fluent level of English & Greek.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with suppliers and other parties for office maintenance and to ensure for the smooth operation of the office.
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees.
  • Taking care of updating the company’s website with the external web designer.
  • Welcoming office visitors at the front desk.
  • Acting as the first point of contact and organising in and outgoing mail correspondence and courier packages.
  • Organizing visits of VIP guests including hotel, restaurant, transport and other arrangements.
  • Responsible for facilitating director and management meetings, supporting with the logistics.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • 3+ years of experience within a similar role is essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Ability to develop trusting and effective working relationships at all levels of the organization and across various teams.
  • Self-motivated and used to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Highly reliable, trustworthy and loyal personality.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and Greek – additional languages would be advantageous.
