Job Overview

Duties:

  • first point of contact: correspondence & phone calls
  • managing databases/ filing administrative tasks
  • promotional governance / social media maintenance
  • general secretarial and office administration
  • Communication with Clients and liaison with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Greek and English language; other languages will be considered an advantage.
  • MS Office
  • Knowledge and previous experience in promotion and social media will be considered an advantage
  • At least one year of previous experience in a relevant position.
