The Client:

PASCAL EDUCATION CYPRUS LTD, the largest primary and secondary education provider in Cyprus is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Executive Team and supervise a team of Admissions and Marketing Officers.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and execute the strategic marketing plan and campaigns for the entire organization.
• Supervise the team of marketing/admission officers for the organization enabling the achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with external providers for the implementation of various advertising, marketing, PR and communication activities.
• Work with executives to determine budgets and targets.
• Analyze and report to the Executive Team market trends.
• Manage, set goals, and coordinate the work of the Admissions and Marketing Officers.
• Update executives on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns.
• Assist individual schools with marketing and PR activities.

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience: 

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or other related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing related position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Excellent knowledge of MS products.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Budget-management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of social media.

PASCAL EDUCATION CYPRUS LTD’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
