We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team and drive the promotion and sales of our eCommerce platform and CRM Support Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies:
Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our eCommerce Platform and CRM Support Suite to businesses across diverse industries. - Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies. - Product Positioning:
Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition for our eCommerce Platform and CRM Support Suite tailored to different customer segments. - Lead Generation:
Oversee lead generation efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, cold calling, networking, and events. - Client Engagement:
Build and nurture strong client/lead relationships, provide product demonstrations, and address customer/lead inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and CRM software and their value in business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute marketing and sales plans.
