Logistics Officer

Delorbis Pharmaceuticals Ltd invites applications for the position of Logistics Officer based at our premises in Nicosia, CYPRUS.

Responsibilities:

• Order processing of raw/packaging materials and communication between suppliers and vendors.
• Communication with local Logistics providers for Inbound freight.
• Issuing all order confirmations and proforma invoices against customer’s orders.
• Monitoring Reports: Updating Excel databases.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• University degree in MIS or Business Administration or other related field.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent command of English and Greek languages, both in written and oral communication.
• Team spirit and ability to work in collaborative environment with other members but also independently.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
