UCLan Cyprus, one of the fastest developing universities in Cyprus, continues to expand its academic portfolio, and invites applications for Academic Staff to join its team.
Appointments are required for teaching and research at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor in Computing in the following areas:
SCHOOL OF SCIENCES
- Lecturer or Assistant Professor in Computing with specialisation in any of the following subject areas:
- User Experience Design (UX Design)
- User-Centred System Design
- Human Computer Interaction (HCI)
- User Research
Applicants for the above positions should hold a PhD (or have submitted their thesis and are awaiting their viva) with a proven record of research achievement and have demonstrable experience of delivering teaching in Higher Education. A professional qualification in their field of expertise will be considered an advantage, as well as experience in CPD and professional training. Fluency in English is essential for the positions. These are 3-year positions in the first instance.
