Main Responsibilities

•         Drafting and review of different contracts including licensing agreements, agreements with payment systems, agreements on the development of the software, marketing agreements, advertising agreements, sponsorship agreements etc. Contract work will be the main scope of responsibilities.
•         Providing legal support for company’s daily activity
•         Providing help in performing research on legal and regulatory matters
•         Assisting in immigration issues
•         Contribute to coordinating with other departments on legal matters and developing strong working relations

Qualifications

•         Relevant degree in Law or a related field
•         Team-player, able to work under pressure, problem-solving, with good time management skills
•         Ukrainian and Russian languages are required, good knowledge of English language
•         Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
