Parimatch Tech is an international product holding company that develops technology and marketing solutions for the gaming and entertainment industry and secures global expansion for the Parimatch brand. We are looking to recruit for the Offices in Limassol a Junior Corporate Lawyer

Main Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and drafting of corporate, financial and commercial agreements including but not limited to SPA, SHA, option agreements, loan agreements, pledge agreement, security agreements, etc;
• Working with the Registrar of Companies;
•  Undertaking and/or overseeing the formation, administration and dissolution of companies registered in Cyprus and offshore jurisdictions;
• Drafting and reviewing Memorandum and Articles of Association and effecting amendments on them;
• Reviewing and drafting of directors and shareholders minutes and resolutions, Power of Attorneys etc.;
• Performing legal research and preparing relevant reports;
• Assisting and/or working with the Migration Department for various applications;
• Performing KYC and assisting the compliance team with AML procedures;

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Law Firm handling corporate clients.
• University Degree in Law / Masters Degree will be an advantage
• Qualified Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both written and spoken. Russian/Ukrainian will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law
• Knowledge of eBOS software will be considered as an advantage
• IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel etc.
• Highly organized individual who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment
• Effective team worker, ability to be adaptable,  responsible and reliable person
• Dynamic person with positive personality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong work ethic, credibility and trustworthy
