We are looking to hire enthusiastic Inbound & Outbound Contact Centre Agents (English Speaking) to join our expanding team, in our Larnaca Contact Centre.

What you will be doing in the Order line Department:

• Answer calls from customers who would like to place their order, by telephone
• Will need to speak and write English perfectly
• Use only basic computer skills

What you will be doing in the Outbound Customer Contact Department:

• Call existing customers, for feedback and offer additional products & services
• Will need to speak and write English perfectly
• Use only basic computer skills

What we are looking for:

• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Basic computer and typing skills
• No previous experience necessary, excellent ongoing training program
• A confident and bubbly personality
