Main Responsibilities:

  •   Assist our people in regards to any HR Policies in place and communicate with them in order to solve any inquires
  •    Assist in Benefits and Employee Wellbeing plan of the year
  •    Updating HR Policies and make suggestions based on new EU Directives related to employment law
  •   Communication with providers based on HR projects assigned by HR Manager
  •    Assist in the onboarding process of employees
  •    Assist in the management of HR software and hardcopy employee records maintained by the HR Team
  •    Assist and contribute in the development of any ad hoc wellbeing project
  •    Assist in preparation for wellbeing awards and accreditations
  •    Participate in any HR projects assigned by the Group HR Director


  •   Relevant degree in Human Resources
  • 1 to 2 years experience in an HR – Wellbeing role
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a confident and positive personality.
  • Having attention to detail, problem solving skills and service orientation would be considered a plus point
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritise across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives
  •  Fluency in English & Greek language is a requirement. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  •   Computer literate including proficiency in the use of MS Office
