Parimatch Tech is an international product holding company that develops technology and marketing solutions for the gaming and entertainment industry and secures global expansion for the Parimatch brand. We are looking to recruit for the Offices in Limassol a Helpdesk Engineer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and update workstations for our users and be their first point of contact for all IT-related issues or queries;
- Enterprise office infrastructure support.
- Essential professional experience:
- System administrator with proven Office Infrastructure hands on experience (2+ year);
- Desktop OS administration, hardware;
- Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10), Windows server (AD, Print Services);
- MacOS: Client OS support;
- Networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI, VPN;
- General tags: JAMF, SCCM, Crowdstrike, Jira, Confluence, software/hardware troubleshooting, Slack, G Suite, Lansweeper;
- Basic Linux knowledge;
- Customer-oriented person;
- Oral and written literacy
Qualifications
- Excellent Knoweldge of English and Greek Language (Russian will be considered as an advantage)
- Experience with scripting languages;
- Experience with Windows Server product line
