Job Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Sales to join a fast-growing, international team of bright individuals.

The company was established in 2018 and since then, has never stopped expanding and introducing cool features to a base of 1 million+ users. In addition to an existing arsenal of awesome award-winning products, such as trading platform, digital asset exchange, copy-trading, DeFi staking, and others – they are currently building a plethora of new services, not limited to payments and card infrastructure, licensed brokerage services and much more.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up a sales department from scratch.
  • Close communication with marketing, customer support teams and affiliate marketing teams and monitor the quality of leads.
  • Increase conversion from registration to deposit.
  • Call center calls and email marketing channels, including marketing funnels for next deposits depending on user behavior.
  • Sales chat inside of the platform to convert registration to deposit.
  • Boost the amount and quantity of next deposits.
  • Provide VIP client personal service.
  • Launch regular promo campaigns, track and report the results.
  • Manage, train and develop the chat operators, call center personnel and sale representatives.
  • Introduce means of new funnels of client acquiring.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years with one of the leading Forex/CFD brokers or high-growth fintech’s.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing people.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion and keen interest for fintech/crypto/payments/finance space. Curious to learn all the competitors out there and make the best out of this research.
  • Proven sales campaign experience and ability to manage budgets.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
