As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head of Marketing & Online Communities to join our Commercial team
In this position you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager while working closely with Sales and Revenue teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates and contributes to the development and execution of various campaigns
- Works closely with the Marketing Manager to prepare marketing budgets
- Monitors the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and makes improvements where needed
- Oversees the social media strategy and ensures it is aligned with the overall marketing plan
- Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and maximizing the effective representation of Kanika Hotels & Resorts in all associated B2B annual holiday programs and marketing channels to meet or exceed the B2B distribution channels representation targets.
- Manages and mentors the marketing team
Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience in managing a team
- Proven ability to develop successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel and other MS Office applications
- Digital and technology savvy especially about the use of web and advertising analytics tools.
- Ability to drive results in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.
