Front Desk Officer

Delorbis Pharmaceuticals Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and competent individual to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus, as Front Desk Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform front desk duties.
• Provide office/administrative support to Managers.
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, fax, letters, packages etc.)
• Provide administrative support for travel arrangements as required for staff/customers/guests, including booking flights, hotel accommodation, transportation etc.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Maintain and order office supplies.
• Conduct research and prepare reports.

Experience and Skills:

• Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or relative field.
• Proven experience as Front Desk or similar administrative role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook etc).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek language.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
