Job Overview

The Position:

On behalf of our Client, a world leader in Marine Services, we are actively looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, to join their team in Limassol.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to schedule, coordinate, and manage the Managing Director’s appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing enquiries.
  • Prepare, review and draft reports for the Managing Director.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas and presentations.
  • Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the offshore offices of the Group.
  • Handle the travel logistics of the business trips as well as the expense reports.
  • Maintain confidential information and files.
  • Organise events and corporate initiatives as required.

 

Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executive or administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel).
  • Fluency in Greek and English.

 

Location:

The position is for the Client’s offices in Limassol.

 

Remuneration:
